Team Development

We offer a variety of programmes in leadership, personal development and team-building at Dorney Lake. The unusual and special combination of a world-class sporting venue and high-quality conference facilities provides the perfect environment for our corporate clients.

Land and water-based activities are available in any combination and degree of challenge and fun. Inspiring team leaders can take your delegates through challenging 'low ropes', multi-boat regattas, raft-building, orienteering, dragon boating and many other individual and team exercises.

From a straightforward half-day meeting to an extended and complex mixed programme of part-conference, part-activity over several days, we can ensure you receive tangible benefits, whether your group is small or large.

Team-Building Packages

Team building events at Dorney Lake can accommodate up to 1000 people in conjunction with our partner companies and we can tailor-make an activity package on land and/or water to meet each client's requirements. Our own exclusive water-based team-building packages using gigs and bell boats are suitable for groups from 8 – 50 people or up to 100 people on a 'have a go' basis for a fun day.

Raft Building
